The Local Recreation Area of Merano 2000

The Alpine Bob toboggan ride is loads of fun—and open even in summer. Climbing novices can try their first via ferrata routes at Merano 2000. The area also has excellent paragliding launching points. In winter, the family ski area of Merano 2000, which is extremely child friendly, is one of the largest resorts in the Ortler Ski Arena. With around 40 kilometres of slopes, it offers ideal conditions for skiers, snowboarders and anyone who loves sledding.

Merano 2000 offers nine places to eat, all of which offer high standards, tempting food, and good service. All of the huts feature spacious sun terraces in winter and summer alike. When the moon is full, lodge owners keep the doors open late into the night.
