The hiking and family ski area of Merano 2000 offers visitors a wide range of tickets and prices in order to meet individual needs.
In addition to the traditional day pass, skiers can purchase either a morning pass or an afternoon pass. For those who want to take just a quick run or two, we offer new hourly passes. In addition, we offer a variety of different custom-tailored season passes such as the Ortler Ski Arena Pass or the Meran 2000 Season Pass.
In addition, there are packages like Therme and Ski and SportCardMeran and special night operation passes for night skiing and sledding by the light of the full moon.

Groups
In order to ensure optimal handling when purchasing ski passes, please consider the following reductions and respect the following provisions.
Names of pass-holders should be listed separately, by age and duration of ski pass. Children and senior citizens must present a valid identity card. A special group rate for day passes and season passes is available for organised groups. The group discount cannot be credited, however, on top of other special offers or discounts. There are special discounts available for school trips.
Payment of ski passes may be made with cash, check, credit card (CartaSi, Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard), or by bank transfer.

Senior Rates
Seniors born before 31 December 1952 may take advantage of our new senior rates. Ski passes at child or senior rates will only be issued upon presentation of a photo ID. Please understand that the staff at our ticket windows are not authorised to make exceptions.
KeyCards
Ski passes are issued as non-contact key cards. In addition to the ticket price, you must pay a deposit of € 5 for the card. You will get the deposit back when you return the undamaged card at the ticket window.
In case of accident or illness, a refund can be granted upon presentation of a medical certification. The calculation of amount to be refunded is based on the price of the ski days already used. Ski passes deposited after 10:00 a.m. will be calculated as used. Without exception, refunds will only be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor or the hospital. No refund are given for day passes. No refunds will be given for service interruptions, inclement weather, closure of ski runs, unforeseen closures, or early departures.
Ski passes are not transferable, and must be shown to ticket inspectors upon request. After purchase, ski passes may not be exchanged for another: for example, extending or postponing the duration of validity of a ski pass is not possible. Lost ski passes will not be replaced. By purchasing a ski pass, the purchaser warrants that he or she accepts our conditions of carriage and sale, which are published at the respective stations and/or at the ticket window. Skiers must stay on the runs and follow the FIS rules in force. The general conditions of transport of the Autonomous Province of Bozano/Bozen apply.
