The family ski resort of Merano 2000, which is situated on a sunny high plateau, offers visitors over 40 kilometres of perfectly groomed ski runs, most of which are intermediate slopes.
Experienced skiers and snowboarders will find two exciting challenges: the Steilhang and Mittagerpiste runs. Recreational skiers will enjoy the broad slopes of the St. Oswaldpiste and Kesselbergpiste runs and beginners will find flat runs at the nursery slopes that are ideal for a first experience on skis or snowboard.
The ski school at Merano 2000, which also has a ski kindergarten, forms part of the Specialised Children's Ski Schools of South Tyrol. Here, children have a strong support mechanism: our professional and experienced team.
At Merano 2000, there are no long queues at the lifts. The sunny site ensures long ski days, a stunning panorama, and ski lodges with sun terraces. Pleasure is a top priority around here.
Nocturnal winter sports—by the light of the full moon—are very popular with the younger generation in January, February, and March. The facilities, ski lodges, and the Alpin Bob are in at the service of the indefatigable until 11:00 p.m. and the ski run and sledding trail from Piffing to Falzeben are illuminated until 11:30 p.m.
